At Woodfrog Bakery, we specialise in sourdough.

Every loaf is baked with attention to detail, resulting in a bubbly caramelised crust and a light, airy interior. We believe that great bread can't be rushed, like grapes in winemaking.

Our sourdoughs are long-fermented, creating a thin, crisp exterior and a wonderfully open, moist crumb. Our decade-plus sourdough starter adds a unique flavour and texture. Our bread is pure and simple, containing no commercial yeast, added sugars, soy flour, or oils.

Most of our breads are vegan-friendly, making them accessible to a wide range of customers.

Woodfrog Bakery will be CLOSED on New Years Day.
